Districts & Stripe billing
Each district connects its own Stripe Express account and receives its own customer payments. Alberta Premium Firewood does not collect individual district sales. Districts separately pay the master account an annual $130 CAD website membership.

Wholesale firewood offers
Create wholesale stock offers for district managers. Wholesale purchases are paid directly to the Master Admin Stripe account and are separate from district customer sales.

District orders
Customer card payments are authorized and held in the district's connected Stripe account until the district completes the delivery or pickup. Completion releases the payment to the district. Managers receive email and SMS notifications when configured.
Task assignments
Create work items, assign them to managers, set priority and due dates, and track completion.
Park quotes
Track commercial/park quote requests, assign each quote to a delivery district and district manager, and follow the quote through completion.
Customer purchase reminders
Customers who explicitly opt in at checkout can receive automated reminders before Alberta long weekends and at the start of winter stock season.
District payment model
Customer firewood payments: authorized and held in the selected district's connected Stripe account. When the district marks the order completed, the payment is captured and released to that district. No district sales are routed through the master account.
Website membership: each district pays the master account $130 CAD annually by Stripe subscription. Membership billing is separate from customer firewood sales.
Stripe onboarding must be completed for each district before that district can accept online payments.
District performance & strikes
A district has a 3-day window to complete each delivery or pickup. A missed window creates a strike. At 3 strikes, Master Admin evaluation is required. Membership may be revoked and the annual membership fee is non-refundable.

Customer reviews
Verified reviews are submitted only after an order is completed. Customers rate Communication, Service, Quality and Price. Master Admin approves reviews before they appear publicly.
Membership fee
The annual district website membership is billed separately from district customer firewood sales. Existing Stripe subscriptions are not automatically repriced when this setting changes.
