Delivery performance

Every paid order has a 3-day completion window. Missed windows may create a strike. Three strikes trigger Master Admin evaluation.

Order notification contacts

Assign who should receive new order email/SMS notifications for each district. These contacts replace the default manager notifications for that district.

Wholesale firewood

Master Admin wholesale offers are available here. Wholesale purchases are charged to the Master Admin Stripe account.
