Choose a territory
Tell us which Alberta area you want to serve. Territory availability is reviewed by Master Admin.

Get approved
Once approved, your manager account and district assignment are created and your Stripe onboarding can begin.

Complete Stripe's verification process so your district can accept customer payments directly.

Tell us about yourself, the territory you'd like to serve and your ability to handle local deliveries. There is no obligation to submit an application.
Membership
The current annual website membership is $130 CAD. The fee is billed separately from customer firewood sales and is controlled by the Master Admin.

Who receives customer payments?
The district's connected Stripe account receives customer firewood payments. Alberta Premium Firewood's Master Admin account does not collect individual district sales.
What is the membership fee?
The current annual website membership is $130 CAD. Master Admin can edit the membership fee as the program develops.
How does the delivery performance policy work?
Each district has a 3-day window to complete a delivery or pickup. A missed window can create a strike. Three strikes trigger a Master Admin evaluation. Membership may be revoked and the annual membership fee is non-refundable.
Can I control inventory and pickup?
Yes. District managers can mark firewood as unavailable, maintain local inventory quantities and turn in-yard pickup on or off when available.
Can I manage notification contacts?
Yes. District managers can add, edit and remove the people who receive new district-order email and SMS notifications.
Can new districts be created?
Yes. Master Admin can add new Alberta delivery districts and assign managers as the network expands.
